Quality control is documented at every stage. Each production batch includes a cell traceability report (lot numbers, QC data), BMS test certificates, capacity verification records, and the full certification package required for your target market. CE, UN38.3, and IEC62133 are standard deliverables; UL2271, FCC, RCM, and KC are available with advance scheduling.

Start from a platform, not a blank sheet

Eleven enclosure platforms are already in production, covering 36V, 48V, and 52V across 36V 5–15Ah, 48V 15.6–40Ah, and 52V 20–30Ah. Anchoring a new program to one of them is the single biggest lever on cost and schedule, because it removes enclosure tooling from the critical path entirely.

Inside an existing family we can change cell chemistry and format, parallel count, BMS firmware and communication protocol, connector and harness layout, labelling, and retail packaging without new tooling. Outside it, a bespoke enclosure is a tooling project with its own lead time and cost. Both paths are open — the distinction matters because it changes your launch date, and it is worth resolving in the first technical call rather than after a quote. Chemistry, cells, and what to specify

We build in Li-NMC, Li-NCA, and LiFePO4, in 18650 or 21700 format. The choice is a genuine trade rather than a ranking: NMC and NCA carry more energy for a given weight and volume, which is what an integrated-frame consumer bike needs; LiFePO4 trades energy density for cycle life and thermal stability, which is often the better economics for rental and delivery fleets that cycle a pack daily for years. Catalog builds reference EN50604, RoHS, REACH, IP67, and VO-rated materials. To open a program, we need the target voltage and capacity, the controller’s continuous and peak current, the display or communication protocol, the enclosure or frame constraint, your certification targets by market, and an indicative annual volume. Mutual NDA is signed before any technical detail is exchanged, CAD files and BOM are available on request, and regional exclusivity is available against volume commitments.
