The KT-E33-PRO is the four-point-rail version of the KT-E33. Electrically the two are identical: the same 367.5 × 157.48 × 95.0mm case, the same 112-cell 14S8P 18650 build at 52V 20Ah, the same 84-cell 14S6P 21700 build at 52V 30Ah. The rail is what differs — four fixings at 85.4mm then 60mm pitch, against three at 83.75mm then 57mm.

This is the heaviest external pack in the catalog. A 52V 30Ah build is roughly 1,560Wh, and that mass sits on a bracket bolted to a tube that flexes under load. The fourth fixing is not a specification upgrade so much as an acknowledgement of where this platform gets used: cargo and fleet bikes, ridden loaded, with packs removed for charging every day.

The rail pitches are not interchangeable

Sixty millimetres against fifty-seven, and a first fixing 1.65mm further from the datum. That is enough that a frame drilled for one will not take the other, and it is the most common late-stage fit failure we see on down-tube programmes. Send the drill pattern with the RFQ rather than after the sample.

Where this sits in the range

If the frame does not need the four-point rail, the KT-E33 is the same pack for less mechanical work. If the programme is 48V rather than 52V, the KT-E09-PRO carries the same four-point rail in a case 17mm shorter. And if the battery should disappear into the frame rather than hang off it, the KT-E60-PRO reaches 40Ah in an integrated enclosure. CE and UN 38.3 files are issued per configuration.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What separates the KT-E33-PRO from the KT-E33?

The mounting rail only. Same 367.5 × 157.48 × 95.0mm case, same 14S8P 20Ah and 14S6P 30Ah builds. The PRO carries four fixings at 85.4mm then 60mm pitch; the KT-E33 carries three at 83.75mm then 57mm.

Is the four-point rail necessary at 30Ah?

It is worth specifying. A 52V 30Ah pack is around 1,560Wh and correspondingly heavy, and it hangs off the down tube as a cantilevered mass. Four fixings distribute that better than three, particularly on frames that also carry cargo.

Can a KT-E33-PRO pack be fitted to a frame drilled for the KT-E33?

Not without re-drilling — the pitches genuinely differ (60mm against 57mm) and the first fixing sits 1.65mm further out. Confirm the pattern before sampling; this is the single most common fit error on down-tube programmes.
