What Ships as Standard, What to Request
Five certifications are standard deliverables on every production order, with test reports and certificates included in your shipment documentation. Six more are available with advance planning: 2–16 weeks depending on the standard and third-party lab availability. We manage the submission and follow-up end to end.
- CE Standard
Conformité Européenne (EU Declaration of Conformity)
A declaration made by the manufacturer or EU importer, backed by a technical file — not a certificate issued by an outside body. For a 36–52V pack the applicable rules are the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU), RoHS, and Battery Regulation 2023/1542. The Low Voltage Directive starts at 75V DC, so it covers the mains charger rather than the pack.

Required for air, sea, and road transport of lithium batteries as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. Without this certification, batteries cannot be shipped internationally. Valid for 5 years per cell/pack design.

Safety requirements for rechargeable lithium cells and batteries used in portable applications. Covers electrical, mechanical, and thermal abuse tests. Commonly used to support the safety half of a CE technical file for battery packs.

Restricts use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, and 4 phthalates in electrical equipment. Mandatory for CE marking. Our batteries are 100% RoHS compliant.

6-Stage Quality Control
Every pack shipped passes a documented 6-stage quality process. No exceptions. Full traceability from cell lot to finished product serial number.
Incoming Cell Inspection
Every cell batch is inspected on arrival: 100% capacity check, internal resistance measurement, visual inspection for defects. Cells outside spec are quarantined and returned.
Formation Cycling
All cells undergo formation cycles before assembly: initial charge-discharge to activate electrolyte and establish baseline capacity. Cells are graded into capacity bins ±2% for matched assembly.
Module Assembly & Welding
Automated spot welding with in-line weld resistance checks. Each nickel strip joint is 100% resistance-tested. Cell arrangement documented per work order for traceability.
BMS Programming & Testing
BMS flashed with batch-specific firmware. Cell balancing calibrated. Over-current, over-temperature, and over-discharge thresholds verified with calibrated test equipment.
Pack-Level Functional Test
Each finished pack: full charge cycle, capacity verification, discharge profile recording. Voltage across each cell group checked for balance. Physical integrity check (drop simulation, vibration test on sampled basis).
Aging & Final QC
8-hour aging test at elevated temperature. Final capacity check must be within ±3% of specification. Visual, dimensional, connector torque, and label verification before packaging.
Third-Party Test Partners
We submit samples to accredited laboratories such as SGS, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, and UL. Engagement letters and report excerpts are shared with qualified buyers on request under NDA — we do not publish lab logos or certificates on this page until client-approved assets are available.
